First, what is a Chief of Staff… and how is it relevant to sports?

A Chief of Staff is a leader, coach, or principle’s strategic thought partner focused on turning vision into execution. While the day-to-day responsibilities of a Chief of Staff or Business Operator vary across industries, the core purpose of the role is the same everywhere: preparing the leader for what’s ahead, aligning the leader’s team, owning and driving critical initiatives, building processes and systems that improve efficiency, cascading the leader’s vision, elevating the organization’s culture, and often acting as both proxy and advisor to the leader.

This core purpose is exactly what Nova Chief of Staff teaches. And why thousands have found Nova Chief of Staff curriculum transformational, regardless of if they’re leading in the boardroom or on a basketball court.
