How Pradhan Christian Went from EA to Aspiring Chief of Staff

Meet Christian
Say hello to Christian, a Nova graduate from Green Valley, AZ, working in the healthcare industry.
As an EA and Board of Directors + C-Suite Liaison, Christian is all about creating meaningful impact for leaders and the communities they serve. He's phenomenal at staying calm under pressure, managing complex priorities, and building strong relationships behind the scenes.
A Path Rooted in Purpose
Christian's path into servant-leadership is a deeply personal one. He shared that he's inspired by his late father, who, as a Superintendent of Pathology, dedicated his life to others with humility and purpose. In Christian's own words:
"Watching him lead with integrity and compassion taught me that leadership is about lifting others and advancing a mission greater than oneself."
That's why Christian thrives in mission-driven organizations, where he can support a broader, human-centered mission with sensitivity, discretion, and trust. He doesn't see his role as merely supporting leadership, he sees it as helping drive a whole organization forward.
While the road to his current role hasn't always been easy, his determination and positive attitude have made it a rewarding one. As an immigrant who has navigated work visas, career setbacks, and starting over in different industries, Christian brings a perspective that makes his current role all the more meaningful.

A Natural Evolution
Always looking to evolve his skills, Christian became drawn to the Chief of Staff role—something he views as a natural evolution of the work he's already doing. His goals: spark better collaboration across teams, enhance his strategic partnership, and help shape organizations at the highest level.
So when he was ready to take the next step, he enrolled with Nova Chief of Staff in our inaugural in-person cohort in October 2024.
What the Course Unlocked
Diving into the Certification with enthusiasm, Christian found that the tools and templates were immediately applicable to his current role, helping drive clarity and improved decision-making in his organization.
The most impactful lesson? The Rhythm of Business. Learning how structured, recurring cycles keep priorities on track and ensure accountability helped Christian anticipate his leaders' needs and support them more effectively.
He also built a strong bond with his original table group (go table 7!), who he continues to lean on as he navigates his professional journey.
